Terms and Conditions of Sale

If you choose to buy goods from us, then the purchase and supply of those goods is covered by these terms and conditions. They do not affect your statutory rights.

packom.net Limited is not registered for VAT and we do not charge VAT on purchases made through our website.

Order Acceptance

Your order has been accepted by us when you receive a notification of your order having been completed, by email.

Cancelling

You can tell us you would like to cancel your order via our website, or by contacting us by email.

If we have dispatched your order you may still cancel it for up to 14 days after you receive it, by letting us know by email. If you are cancelling because you have changed your mind, you will have to pay for returning the goods to us. You have 14 days to return the goods to us from the point you inform us you would like to cancel. Once we receive the goods back from you, assuming they are in good condition, we will refund you within 14 days.

Warranty and Returns

All of our good are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from sale. If you have any problems with the goods, please contact us using the link above, and we will help resolve your problem, including, if necessary, by replacing the goods.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. If, exceptionally, we are unable to do so for your order we will tell you as soon as we are able to, and give you the option to cancel, at no charge.

We usually ship UK orders using Royal Mail 1st Class shipping. Royal Mail aim to deliver domestic 1st Class orders within 1-2 business days of shipping. If you haven’t received your item within 3 business days of a dispatch notification please contact us.

For international orders we usually ship using Royal Mail’s equivalent international services, which are International Standard, International Tracked and International Tracked & Signed. If you opt for untracked shipping, we use International Standard. If you opt for Tracked we will use Tracked & Signed if available for your location, or International Tracked if not. Royal Mail aim to deliver international orders within 3-5 days of shipping. However, customs delays outside of our control may impact these times and since Brexit international orders are often taking longer – typically 2-3 weeks. If you haven’t received your international orders within 3 weeks of dispatch please contact us.

When you opt for tracked shipping, we will provide you with the carrier name and tracking number for your shipment along with the confirmation that we have completed processing your order.

We may occasionally ship using other providers and equivalent services.

We include customs information with all international shipments, including those to the European Union, as we are required to do. This information contains the details and purchase price of your order. You are responsible for any customs fees, sales tax or import duty that your purchase attacts. Note that shipping may take longer than the above estimates, due to customs delays.
